
INTRODUCTION ABOUT T. P. COLLEGE, MADHEPURA (BIHAR)

Thakur Prasad College (T.P. College ) was established on 28 July 1953 after a series of meetings and consultations with different stakeholders in the region.The college is named after Babu Thakur Prasad Mandal who was father of Babu Kirti Narayan Mandal.Babu Thakur Prasad not only donated his land and money for the college but also along with Kirti Babu put great efforts in bringing the college in the present shape.
Though the University is committed to promote employment savvy professional education, it has also created ample space for the study of Social Sciences, Languages, Literature, Commerce, Science, etc.
B.B.A, B.C.A, B.T.S.P.,B.Com., B.Sc., B.Sc.-M.Sc. and Bioinformatics programmes are offered at SILAS Campus, while B.Ed., M.Sc. in Biotechnolog
The basic goal of the Institution is to important qualitative and innovative teaching to the students of one of the most backward ares of the state. The major consideration address to the goals and objectives are education, training, employment, research, sports and extra-curricular activities.”
